Mark Edward Matthews,age 64, of Campbellsville, passed away Wednesday February 16, 2022 at Taylor Co. Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, Ky. He was born in Aurora, IL to Jack Matthews and Arlene Bridge Matthews Hisel Logsdon. He enjoyed listening to music and playing the guitar. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.. He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (Fuquan Peterson) Matthews of Hodgenville, KY, three sisters, Clara Fulkerson of Radcliff, KY, Gail Day of Sonora, KY, Carlene Hentges of IL, three brothers, Johnny (Kay) Matthews of Upton, KY, Jeff (Linda) Hisel of Upton, KY, Joe Hisel of MO, several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Sunday February 20, 2022 2:00 pm at Manakee Funeral Home in Upton, KY with Rev. Randy Logsdon officiating. Visitation will be Saturday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Sunday 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Manakee Funeral Home in Upton. The family request contributions to be made to the funeral home for expenses.
